Scroll to this sectionThese Terms of Service are the agreement between you and Nysa AI(“Nysa”, “we”, “us”), an independently operated service based in India. They apply to the intonysa.com website, the installable Nysa app, and everything you reach through them.
By creating an account, or by continuing to use Nysa, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the service. Where these Terms talk about your information, our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, and it forms part of this agreement.
Using Nysa means agreeing to these rules. The Privacy Policy sits alongside them and covers your data.
Nysa is a self-awareness companion. It reads a birth chart calculated from the details you give us, listens to what you tell it, and offers language for the patterns underneath your relationships. Over time it remembers those patterns so the conversation can build on itself. That is the whole of what it does.
Nysa is not a licensed therapist, counsellor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or doctor, and it does not employ one to speak to you. Nothing it says is a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Using Nysa does not create a doctor and patient or therapist and client relationship, and none of your conversations carry the legal confidentiality that a real clinical relationship would.
“Therapy Mode” is the name of a slower, more reflective conversation format inside the product. It is a product name, not a claim that clinical therapy is being provided. If you are working with a professional, Nysa is meant to sit beside that work, never in place of it, and you should not stop or change any treatment because of something Nysa said.
Nysa uses Vedic (sidereal) astrology as a reflective framework, a way of putting language to things that are hard to name. We do not present it as scientifically proven, and we make no claim that it predicts events, outcomes, or the behaviour of any person. Please do not make medical, legal, financial, or major life decisions on the strength of what a chart or a reading says.
Nysa is a reflective companion, not a therapist, doctor, or fortune teller. Please do not treat it as one.
Nysa is not an emergency service. Conversations are not watched by a human in real time, and nobody will be alerted if you are in danger. If you are thinking about harming yourself, or you are unsafe right now, please stop and reach a person who can help.
To hold an account you must confirm that all of the following are true.
You can sign up with an email address and password, or with your Google account. Either way, the account is yours to look after.
Keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by someone you gave access to. Choose a password you do not use elsewhere.
Tell us quickly if something is wrong. If you think someone else has reached your account, email us at support@intonysa.com and change your password straight away.
Guest conversations. You can talk to Nysa before making an account. If you then sign up on the same device, that earlier conversation is carried across to your new account so nothing is lost. Until you sign up, that history lives only on that device and can be cleared by clearing your browser data.
Free to use, with no payment details required. It stays free after your trial ends.
Every new account gets 4 days of full access, including Therapy Mode and Duo Mode.
Available on a monthly subscription, or by buying credits and spending them as you go.
Every new account starts with a 4 day trial of the paid features. When those 4 days are up, your account moves to the free plan on its own. We do not charge you at the end of a trial. You only ever pay if you choose a plan or buy credits yourself.
Automatic renewal. A subscription renews by itself at the end of each billing period, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel it. This is how you keep uninterrupted access.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep your paid access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and after that your account moves back to the free plan. You do not lose your history by cancelling.
Price changes. If we change the price of a plan, we will tell you before it applies to you, and the new price only takes effect from your next renewal. If you do not want it, cancel before then.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment does not go through, paid features pause until it is settled. We will let you know before anything is switched off.
Credits are bought once and spent as you use paid features. They are added to your account, are not transferable to anyone else, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money. If your account is closed, whether by you or by us under these Terms, any unused credits are lost.
All purchases are handled by our payment processor, which acts as the merchant of record. In plain terms: our payment processor is the seller for the transaction and takes care of payment, tax, and invoicing. Your card details go to our payment processor and are never held by us. our payment processor’s own terms and buyer policies apply to the purchase alongside these Terms.
You have 7 days from the date of any charge to ask for it back, and you do not have to give a reason. What comes back is the part you have not spent: unused credits are refundable, and credits you have already used are not, because the conversation they paid for was already generated and delivered. Cancelling is separate, and still takes one click at any time.
The full rules, including the worked example, how the amount is calculated, and the short list of things that fall outside the window, are on our Refund Policy page. Where that page and these Terms differ on refunds, the Refund Policy governs.
Nothing there or here removes any right you have under consumer law that cannot be signed away, and our payment processor may also issue a refund under its own buyer protection policy as merchant of record. If you were charged in error, or something went genuinely wrong, write to us at support@intonysa.com and we will look at it properly.
Connection Mode is free forever. Therapy Mode and Duo Mode are paid. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and you have 7 days to ask for unused credits back.
Nysa lets you add other people as Connections, using their birth details, so it can read the dynamic between you. That is a real feature and a real responsibility, because you are handing us information about a person who is not in the room.
You confirm you may share it. By entering someone else’s details you confirm you are entitled to share them with us for this purpose, and that doing so does not break any promise or law that applies to you.
A reading is about you, not a verdict on them. What Nysa produces is a reflection offered to you. It is not an assessment of another person’s character, and it must not be used to judge, pressure, monitor, or make decisions about anyone, including in hiring, housing, lending, or any other consequential setting.
Duo Mode needs both of you. Duo Mode is a shared space for two people who both want to be in it. Do not bring someone in without their knowledge and agreement. Inside a Duo session, insights are drawn from what is shared in that space, not from either person’s private one-to-one conversations. Our Privacy Policy explains that boundary in more detail.
Removing a Connection. You can remove a Connection from your account at any time. If someone contacts us about details you entered about them, we will handle it under our Privacy Policy and may need to remove that Connection.
When you enter someone else’s birth details, you are the one responsible for that. Duo Mode needs both people to actually want to be there.
Everything you bring to Nysa, your messages, your journal entries, your birth details, remains yours. You do not sign your life over by typing it here.
You give us the permission we need to actually run the service: to store your content, process it, send it to the AI models that generate replies, and build the memory that lets Nysa recognise your patterns later. That permission exists for the sole purpose of providing Nysa to you, and it ends when you delete the content or your account.
We do not sell your content. We do not use your private conversations to train public AI models. The full detail of how your information is handled, stored, and deleted lives in our Privacy Policy.
The Nysa software, its interpretive framework, the written interpretation libraries, the name, and the brand are ours. You may use them as part of using the service, and not otherwise. Please do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or scrape any part of the product, and do not use its output to build a competing service.
What you write stays yours. We use it to run Nysa for you, and for nothing else.
This is a small, quiet product built around trust. The list below is short on purpose. While using Nysa, you must not:
If you break these rules, we may limit or close your account. Where the situation allows it, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
Nysa’s replies are produced by artificial intelligence working from your chart and your conversation. Like all such systems it can be inaccurate, incomplete, or simply off. It may describe a pattern that does not fit you. It may miss something obvious. Treat what it says as something to consider, not something to obey.
We do not promise that any insight, pattern, or reading is accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation, and we do not promise any particular outcome from using Nysa. Every decision you take, about your relationships, your health, your work, or your life, remains yours, and you are responsible for it.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind beyond those the law requires us to give.
Nysa is generated by AI. It can be wrong, and the decisions you make are always yours.
Nysa is in beta. Features are still being built, tested, and sometimes rethought. We will keep the service running as reliably as we can, but we cannot promise it will be available without interruption.
Maintenance and downtime. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control, including problems at the AI or hosting providers we depend on.
Features may change. We may add, change, or remove features. If we remove something significant that you are paying for, we will give you reasonable notice.
Third-party services. Nysa relies on outside providers for AI models, hosting, sign-in, and payments. Their availability affects ours.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. There is no retention flow, no exit survey, and nothing to negotiate. Deleting removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can export your profile and entries first if you want to keep a copy. Deletion cannot be undone, and any unused credits or remaining subscription time go with it.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, that is being used in a way that puts other people at risk, or where we are required to act by law. Except where it is genuinely not possible, we will explain why and give you a chance to respond. If we close a paid account for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused portion of the current period.
We take our responsibilities seriously, and nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Beyond that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data, and we are not liable for decisions you or anyone else makes on the basis of something Nysa generated.
Where we are liable, our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of Nysa is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or ₹5,000.
You agree to cover us for claims brought by someone else that arise from your breach of these Terms, from your misuse of the service, or from information you entered about another person.
If something goes wrong, what we owe you is capped. We are not responsible for decisions you make after a conversation with Nysa.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of Nysa. If you are a consumer somewhere else, this does not take away any protection your local law gives you that cannot be signed away.
Before anything formal, please talk to us. Most problems are a misunderstanding, a billing error, or a bug, and they are quicker to fix by email than by anything else. Write to support@intonysa.com and we will try in good faith to sort it out within 30 days.
If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce something straight away, that does not mean we have given up the right to enforce it later.
As Nysa grows, these Terms will need updating. When we make a change, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is a significant one, for example something that affects what you pay or your rights here, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
Continuing to use Nysa after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, you can delete your account.
Questions about these Terms, a charge you did not expect, or anything else here: there is a real person at the other end of this address.

We aim to reply within 72 hours. For anything urgent about your safety, please use the emergency numbers above rather than email.
