7 Days to Change Your Mind
Ask within 7 days of the payment and the unused part of it comes back. No reason required.
When money can come back, when it cannot, and exactly how to ask. The short version: you have 7 days, and what you have not spent yet is what comes back.

Ask within 7 days of the payment and the unused part of it comes back. No reason required.
Credits still sitting in your account are refundable. Credits you already spent on a conversation are not.
Every renewal has its own 7 day window. It opens the day the charge is taken.
Bought a pack and barely touched it? The untouched balance is refundable inside the window.
Write to support@intonysa.com. There is no form to fight and no retention call to sit through.
We answer within 72 hours. Approved money lands back in 5 to 10 business days.
Used credits, requests made after the window, and accounts we had to close for breaking the Terms.
Cancelling stops the next charge. A refund returns a charge already taken. You may want both.
This Refund Policy applies to every payment made to Nysa AI (“Nysa”, “we”, “us”), an independently operated service based in India, through intonysa.com or the installable Nysa app. That means paid subscriptions and one-off credit purchases.
It sits alongside our Terms of Service and forms part of the same agreement. Where this policy and the Terms describe refunds differently, this policy is the one that governs refunds.
This is the page that decides refund questions. Everything you paid us for is covered by it.
Connection Mode is free and always has been, and every new account gets 4 days of full access before any payment is possible. Nothing here applies to either of those, because nothing was charged.
You have 7 days from the moment a payment is taken to ask for it back. You do not have to explain why.
Every payment you make to Nysa opens a 7 day refund window. The clock starts on the date the charge is taken, not the date you noticed it, and it runs on calendar days including weekends and holidays.
Credits still sitting in your account can be refunded. Credits you have already spent cannot, because the service was already delivered.
Paid features in Nysa run on credits. You get them either from a subscription, which tops your balance up each period, or by buying a credit pack outright. A credit is spent the moment it pays for something: a Therapy Mode session, a Duo Mode conversation, or any other paid feature that draws on your balance.
That single distinction decides every refund on this page.
Credits that are still in your balance, untouched, at the moment you ask. Nothing has been generated for them and nothing has been delivered, so the money for them comes back.
This is the part of a subscription or a credit pack that a refund actually returns.
Credits you have already spent. Every one of them bought a real conversation: our AI providers were called, the reply was generated, and it went into your memory where you can still read it back.
That cost is already incurred and cannot be reversed, so used credits are non-refundable in every case.
Say you buy a pack of 100 credits and, four days later, you have spent 30 of them on Therapy Mode sessions.
You are inside the 7 day window, so you write in. We refund the value of the 70 unused credits. The 30 you spent stay spent, and their value is deducted from the refund.
If you had spent all 100, there would be nothing unused to return, and no refund would be due.
We take what you paid, work out the per-credit value of that payment, multiply it by the credits still unused, and refund that. Any discount or promotional price you paid is respected, so you are refunded at the rate you actually paid rather than at list price.
Bonus and gifted credits carry no cash value. Credits we added for free, as a goodwill gesture, or as part of a promotion were never paid for, so they are not part of any refund calculation, whether they are used or not.
Credits are consumed oldest first. Where your balance mixes paid and free credits, free ones are spent first, which keeps as much of your paid balance refundable as possible.
A subscription bills at the start of each period and tops your credit balance up for that period.
Refunding a charge. Inside 7 days of a charge, we refund the unused credits from that charge. Whatever you already spent in those days is deducted, on exactly the basis set out above.
Renewals. Each renewal gets its own 7 day window. If a renewal you did not want went through, write in within 7 days and, if you have not spent the credits, the full renewal comes back.
The subscription ends with the refund. Refunding a period ends your paid access to that period. Your account moves back to the free plan and any remaining credits from that charge are removed. Your conversations, memory, and chart all stay exactly where they are.
Your first paid charge. The 4 day trial exists so you can decide before paying anything. The 7 day window then applies to your first charge just like any other.
A credit pack is a one-off purchase that adds credits to your balance and does not renew.
Inside 7 days. We refund the credits from that pack that are still unused. A pack you bought and never touched comes back in full.
Packs do not expire, and a refund is not the only exit. If you are past the window but simply have not got round to using a pack, nothing is lost. The credits stay in your account and keep working.
Credits have no cash value on their own. Outside a refund under this policy, credits cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another account, or sold to anyone else.
Email support@intonysa.com from the address on your account. That is the whole process.
Our reply: within 72 hours, usually sooner. Nysa is a small operation and there is a real person reading that inbox.
The money landing: once approved, 5 to 10 business days. That part is your bank's timetable, not ours. The refund leaves our payment processor straight away, and how quickly it shows on your statement is down to your card issuer.
Your access: paid features stop as soon as the refund is approved, not when the money arrives.
All purchases are handled by our payment processor, which acts as the merchant of record. In plain terms, our payment processor is the seller for the transaction: it takes the payment, handles tax and invoicing, and issues any refund. Your card details go to our payment processor and are never held by us.
Practically, this means we approve the refund and our payment processor sends it. our payment processor also runs its own buyer protection policy, which sits alongside this one and may cover situations this page does not.
The list is short, and it is here so nothing on it is a surprise later.
Some things are our problem, not yours, and the window does not stand in the way of putting them right.
Cancelling stops the next charge. A refund returns a charge already taken. If a renewal has just gone through and you want out, do both.
These two get confused constantly, and the confusion is what causes an unwanted charge to sit unrefunded until the window has closed.
Cancelling is one click in Settings, takes effect immediately, and stops any future charge. You keep your paid access, and the credits already in your balance, until the end of the period you have already paid for. No money moves.
A refund reverses a payment that has already been taken, returns the unused part of it, and ends your access to that period straight away.
So if a renewal you did not want has just been charged: cancel the subscription so it does not happen again, then email us within 7 days for the refund. Cancelling on its own does not send the money back.
Nothing in this policy takes away a right you have under consumer law that cannot be signed away. If the law where you live gives you a stronger refund right than this page does, that law wins, and we will honour it.
our payment processor, as merchant of record, may also issue a refund under its own buyer protection policy in situations this page does not cover.
If something looks wrong on your statement, email us first. Almost every case is a renewal that was forgotten, a duplicate charge, or a simple mistake, and we can fix any of those within a day. A chargeback raised with your bank takes weeks, freezes the account while it is investigated, and usually ends up in the same place. If a chargeback is raised without contacting us, we may suspend the account until the dispute is resolved.
As Nysa grows, this policy may need updating. When we change it, we update the date at the top of this page, and if the change is significant we tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
The version of this policy that applies to a payment is the one in force on the day the payment was taken. A later change never shortens the window on money you have already paid.
Refund requests, a charge you did not expect, or a question about how any of this applies to you: there is a real person at the other end of this address.
